I remind myself often of the scripture, in Psalms 23:2- 3 “He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet water, he restores my soul.” As a busy woman, I oftentimes find myself overwhelmed – working full-time, being on the board of directors for several organizations, being an author, and working in ministry. I have found for me, the best thing to do is to stop and take a moment for myself. Sometimes that may be a quick prayer or a cup of coffee or tea. I delegate some of the tasks I have to those I know are just as capable as I am plus I’m helping them sometimes to get out of their comfort zone. If you’ll learn the art of delegation whether at home or at work, you’ll nd yourself be able to do what you have to do.
